Technical Solution Lead

At Alliander, you will work as a Technical Solution Lead on the energy transition within a progressive IAM team. With a focus on Privileged Access Management, you will develop technical visions and implement modern technologies that make our energy grid future-proof. You will collaborate with various experts in a dynamic environment, exerting strategic influence on our digital infrastructure. This is a position with a working week of 40 hours. You will make the energy grid faster at Alliander.

The energy transition needs you as Technical Solution Lead

As Technical Solution Lead within the Identity & Access Management domain, you are responsible for developing and implementing a robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) framework. You translate technical visions into concrete requirements, support stakeholders in technological choices, and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines. Furthermore, you maintain contact with suppliers and work closely with Product Owners and engineers to optimize both the functional and technical aspects of PAM processes and services. We are creating the energy grid of the future, for everyone, with everyone. And as Technical Solution Lead, you can play your part in this. Your role will involve:

• Translating technical vision into concrete requirements for PAM services.

• Advising stakeholders on new technologies within set frameworks.

• Designing functional and technical architecture for PAM solutions.

• Maintaining contact with suppliers and identifying optimization opportunities.

• Securing technology and advising on technical life cycle management.

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field.

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.

• Technical expertise in Privileged Access Management solutions.

• Experience in setting up and implementing PAM services and processes.

• Knowledge of and experience with agile work methodologies; SAFe is a plus.

Attractive salary and benefits package

Based on a 40-hour working week, you will receive:

• a gross monthly salary of €6,188 to €8,840 (scale 11);

• annually an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full time) or 12.8% (part time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 8% holiday allowance. You can have this budget paid out as extra salary or use it to purchase extra days off, for example. You choose the option that is right for you.

• 24.5 days’ holiday per year, which can be topped up generously from your IKB.

• an end-of-year bonus of 6% of your annual salary in December.

• a sustainable employability (SE) budget of €500 per year(from 2026 even €700). Choose a payment for a sport or hobby, to make your home more sustainable or to reduce your student loan debt with DUO, for example. You decide how your budget is spent.  

• the possibility of combining working in the office with working from home, if your position allows. This even includes the option of a 'workation'. If you work from home, you will receive a home office allowance.
