PM Group zoekt dringend een Project Administrator (met juridische achtergrond) ter ondersteuning van infrastructuurprojecten voor een klant in de regio Brussel.
Responsibilities
Service beschrijving:
Administratieve ondersteuning in het kader van grote projecten:
- Permits (vergunningen): Bijstand in de voorbereiding en archivering van de omgevingsvergunningen/wegvergunningen (invullen/archiveren verschillende tools (SAP EHS en Omgevingsloket)
- Property (eigendommen): Administratieve Bijstand in voorbereiding overeenkomsten/dossiers (invullen/bijhouden SAP CX)
- Negotiations (onderhandelingen): Invullen optieovereenkomsten op basis van gegevens via onderhandelaars in samenwerking met onderhandelaars
Qualifications
Bijkomende vereisten:
- Juridisch achtergrond/ervaring,
- Goede kennis van MS Office,
- Perfecte kennis Nederlands,
- Kennis SAP is een plus
- Eerste werkervaring in administratie noodzakelijk
