As a Motion Assembler in Oirschot/Eindhoven Flight Forum, you help build the advanced motion components that enable ASML lithography systems to move with extreme precision. In this Motion Assembler role, you work in a focused production environment where precision, quality, and teamwork define your success. You assemble, inspect, and test motion‑related modules that play a vital part in our systems. You collaborate closely with colleagues across production, engineering, and material flow to ensure smooth output.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assemble and test motion modules following standardized work instructions.
• Inspect parts and products and report deviations to your team.
• Support problem‑solving by identifying recurring issues and proposing improvement ideas.
• Coordinate daily activities within your work center and help colleagues when challenges arise.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation at all times.
• Apply lean principles and contribute improvement suggestions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical observations clearly to your team leader.
   

You bring the following background to the Motion Assembler position:

• Vocational diploma (MBO level 2 or 3) or equivalent in a technical field such as an electrical or mechanical technician.
• Experience with fine‑mechanical assembly or precision production work.
• Experience with soldering and the use of manual tools (such as torque wrenches or pliers).
• Understanding of basic electrical principles, such as resistance or insulation testing.
• Experience working in a clean production environment is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow structured assembly processes.
• Basic proficiency with systems such as Excel or SAP is beneficial.
• Comfortable communicating in English. Proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage.

You will report to a team leader within Manufacturing and work from our location in Oirschot/ Eindhoven Flight Forum. The role may require both standing and sitting for extended periods and the use of fine motor skills when handling small components. ASML offers extensive development opportunities through training, coaching, and cross‑department collaboration. Working hours for this role are typically 07:30–16:00, and the position requires a minimum availability of 32 hours per week.

For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between 44,500 euro and 53,500 euro. This range comprises vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment. Company profit sharing is not included in this range. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant Education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, pay relative to other team members. Als Motion Assembler in Oirschot/Eindhoven Flight Forum help je mee aan het bouwen van geavanceerde motion‑componenten die ervoor zorgen dat ASML‑lithografiesystemen met extreme precisie kunnen bewegen. Met jouw praktische werkzaamheden draag je bij aan de performance, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van modules die worden gebruikt in de halfgeleiderproductie. Door stabiele en nauwkeurige beweging te waarborgen, lever je een directe bijdrage aan ASML’s missie om de grenzen van chiptechnologie te verleggen.
 

In deze rol als Motion Assembler werk je in een gefocuste productieomgeving waarin precisie, kwaliteit en teamwork centraal staan. Je assembleert, inspecteert en test motion‑gerelateerde modules die een cruciale rol spelen in onze systemen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s in productie, engineering en materiaalstromen om een soepele output te garanderen.

Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

• Assembleren en testen van motion‑modules volgens gestandaardiseerde werkinstructies.
• Inspecteren van onderdelen en producten en afwijkingen rapporteren aan je team.
• Ondersteunen bij probleemoplossing door terugkerende issues te signaleren en verbetervoorstellen te doen.
• Coördineren van dagelijkse activiteiten binnen jouw werkgebied en collega’s helpen bij uitdagingen.
• Zorgen voor een georganiseerde, schone en veilige werkplek.
• Toepassen van lean‑principes en het aandragen van verbetersuggesties.
• Voortgang, risico’s en technische observaties duidelijk communiceren naar je teamleider.
   

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

• Een technisch mbo‑diploma (niveau 2 of 3) of gelijkwaardig, bijvoorbeeld in elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde.
• Ervaring met fijnmechanische assemblage of precisieproductiewerk.
• Ervaring met solderen en het gebruik van handgereedschap (zoals momentsleutels of tangen).
• Basiskennis van elektrische principes, zoals weerstand- of isolatiemetingen.
• Ervaring in een schone productieomgeving is een voordeel.
• Vermogen om technische tekeningen te lezen en gestructureerde assemblageprocessen te volgen.
• Basisvaardigheden in systemen zoals Excel of SAP zijn een pluspunt.
• Je kunt goed communiceren in het Engels; beheersing van het Nederlands is een pré.

ASML biedt uitgebreide ontwikkelmogelijkheden via trainingen, coaching en samenwerking tussen afdelingen. De werktijden voor deze functie zijn doorgaans van 07:30–16:00 uur, en de minimale beschikbaarheid is 32 uur per week.

Voor deze functie ligt het indicatieve (vaste) bruto jaarsalaris tussen 44.500 euro en 53.500 euro. Deze range is inclusief vakantiegeld en een dertiende maand. Winstuitkering van het bedrijf is niet inbegrepen in deze range.
